QIGONG IMMERSION

During this 5 week program, I will guide you to learn the basic exercise that support you to have much more energy. You can see this exercise as a general acupuncture session. It stimulates the 12 main meridians. We'll also cover the 5 warming up exercises that you can also do during the day to loosen up your body, relax and have a little energy boost.
